Disputes:
Direct Communication:
- Often, the simplest solution is to try resolving the issue directly with Embercraft. They outline their return policy clearly, so if the issue falls under those parameters (faulty product, unwanted item within the return window), contacting them for a replacement or refund might be sufficient.
- Consumer Rights Law: If the situation involves faulty goods or a disagreement about returns outside the specified time frame, referencing your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 could be a next step. The UK government website offers resources and guidance on consumer rights https://www.gov.uk/consumer-protection-rights.
- Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): The UK offers ADR services for resolving disputes outside of court. These can be faster and less expensive than litigation. Options include mediation, where a neutral third party helps facilitate communication, or arbitration, where a neutral third party makes a binding decision.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time.
